How to book

We see patients by appointment during our opening hours. Please call to book.

By phone

Call (03) 9548 0868 during our opening hours to speak with reception.

Appointment length

Our standard appointment is 15 minutes. Longer appointments of 30 or 45 minutes are also available. Please mention when booking if you need extra time, for example for several issues, a care plan review, or a longer discussion.

Telehealth

We offer telehealth consultations by phone, available to all our patients. When booking, let reception know you would like a telehealth appointment and your practitioner will call you at the appointment time.

Home visits

Home visits may be arranged on a case-by-case basis for patients who cannot attend the clinic. Please call to discuss.

Walk-ins

We are an appointment-only clinic. If you arrive without an appointment we will do our best to fit you in, but we cannot guarantee availability.

What to bring

Cancellations

If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another patient.

Interpreters

If you need an interpreter, please let reception know when you make your appointment and we will arrange one. The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) is also available on 131 450.
