Feedback & complaints
Your feedback helps us improve. We take complaints seriously and aim to handle them fairly and promptly.
How to give us feedback
For any feedback or complaints, there is a mailbox in the clinic where you can safely and anonymously leave your letter. If you wish to be contacted, please leave your details and our staff will be in touch promptly.
What to expect
The Practice Manager reviews all feedback received and will work with you to address any concerns. We aim to acknowledge and respond to complaints as promptly as we can, and to keep you informed of progress.
If you are not satisfied with our response
You can escalate your concern externally:
- Health Complaints Commissioner (Victoria): hcc.vic.gov.au, for complaints about health services in Victoria.
- AHPRA: ahpra.gov.au, for concerns about the conduct or performance of a registered health practitioner.
- OAIC: oaic.gov.au, for privacy concerns about how your information has been handled.
