The best way to reach us is by phone on (03) 9548 0868 during our opening hours. Reception will take a message if a practitioner is unavailable and we will return your call.
We accept email for general, non-urgent enquiries only at tlcmedicalclinic1a@gmail.com. Please do not email about clinical concerns, urgent matters, test results, or sensitive information. For those, please call us instead. We aim to respond to general email enquiries as soon as we can during business hours.
Urgent and after-hours matters
For urgent matters during opening hours, call us and tell reception. For care after hours, see our after-hours page. For emergencies call 000.
Interpreters
If you need an interpreter, please let us know when you make your appointment and we will arrange one. The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) is also available 24/7 on 131 450.
Accessibility
If you need reasonable adjustments to communicate with us, please tell reception when you book and we will do our best to assist.
